DI Christian Steinmann is general manager and since 1995 he supervises the development of the SPiCE 1-2-1 & Quest tools. As principal consultant for SPiCE and CMMI he develops improvement strategies, leads improvement programmes and conducted more than 100 assessments. He is certified instructor for CMMI-DEV and intacs certified Automotive SPiCE assessor.
Additionally he is lecturer for Informatics and Software Development at the FH-Joanneum degree programme Automotive Engineering in Graz.

Patricia Tran is educationist (Bachelor degree). She is testing the Quest-Tool Software Suite and giving feedback for optimizing from the viewpoint of her pedagogical background 

She is also occupied with creation of the training material for the existing software.
